With A Bachelors and Masters in Business Administration, followed by a diploma from the University of Oklahoma in partnership with the International Economic Development Council, the scope of her professional involvement and leadership reaches all over the state of Oklahoma and its communities.
5 East leverages the power of markets and business models to create jobs, fuel income growth and improve the quality of life in rural and underserved communities.

Research Analyst
Ethan graduated from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. with a Masters in Public Policy and undergraduate degree in Political Science. Holding titles such as data analyst for the state Oklahoma, Ethan is asset to 5 East with proven ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. He is an expert in data mining, machine learning and data visualization.

Charlton Whipple

Experienced in Economic Development and a Finance Practitioner,
Chuck has demonstrated history of working across the economic development
and banking industry. As the Vice President, Director of Business Development
and previously holding various executive roles in ED, Chuck has a strong background in business
development analysis, anchored by his LSU Graduate Banking School and OUEDI credentials.
